Fast becoming one of the Inland Empire’s favorite pizza restaurants and getting rave reviews for its service, atmosphere and Italian food, we wanted to share some photos of some of our favorite dishes.
A Word or Two About Food
Angelo Catalano makes gnocchi for his wonderful Italian restaurant. Never tried gnocchi? Wonder what it is (besides delicious)? Gnocchi is small dumplings made from potato, semolina, or flour, usually served with a sauce. Angelo’s Brick Oven Pizzeria makes theirs from scratch and with cacio, parmigan, gorgonzola, fontina cheese sauce! YUMMY!
