Our Story

The opening in 2017 of Angelo's Brick Oven Pizzeria in Wildomar, CA was a dream come true for Angelo Catalano.

Born in Piazza Armerina, Sicily, classic Italian recipes and traditions have always held great importance to Angelo.

Angelo and his sister spent hours around the table eating Mama's and Nonna's Sicilian recipes and in their Dad's deli gaining an appreciation for quality ingredients, proven recipes and delicious food! At a young age, Angelo put on an apron and worked in the kitchen honing his skills as a chef and ultimately creating a life-long passion of!

Moving to California and working in the food industry for over 15 years, he has earned a reputation for his excellent customer service, attention to detail and personal and friendly personality.

When Angelo began planning his restaurant, he wanted to create a restaurant that was casual, warm and inviting serving the best Italian food, brick oven pizza and homemade pasta, fresh salads and other delicacies.

The Italian deli offers high-quality meats, cheeses and generous take out meals.

In 2020, Angelo realized another dream of becoming an American citizen and named a pizza in celebration!
